SpankCake (she/her) is a service-oriented Leather babygirl from L.A. and served as International Ms. Bootblack 2024. She is the Executive Director of bootblack.org, as well as Founder of Rice Up. She has served as head judge for IMsBB, ICBB, UK Bootblack, Bootblack Europe, and Southeast LeatherFest. SpankCake is the proud recipient of the Leather-to-Leather Future award, has written for the NCSF, and was featured in BLIC magazine.
SpankCake aspires to make the AAPISA/BIPOC and leather communities proud by showcasing her passion for her craft as well as her dedication to fostering inclusivity and representation. Curious about cold branding? In this class, we’ll take a closer look at this unique form of body modification and how it works. Cold branding involves chilling a metal brand with dry ice and briefly placing it on the skin. The extreme cold affects the skin cells in that spot, creating a mark that usually blisters before healing.
We’ll talk about what the experience is like, how the body heals afterward, and why results can look different from person to person. Please note, somme people may notice a faint mark that lasts a long time, while others may heal completely with little to no visible trace.
Most importantly, this class focuses on safety and informed choices. Cold branding is considered a high-risk body modification, so understanding the potential risks, healing process is key. Participants will have a chance to try it out on themselves or a consenting canvas.
Hosting a high-protocol dinner requires meticulous planning, emphasizing formal etiquette, structured seating, and seamless service. However, it doesn’t have to look like a scene from Downton Abbey! Regardless of what side of the sash you identify with, come learn the basics of hosting a high protocol event that reflects you and your flavor of leather, ensuring a deliciously sexy meal that is sure to be “fire.”
If you find service to be hot or simply want to experience a high protocol event, you can then sign up for a formal high protocol dinner and practice your new techniques that very night. All dynamics welcome as well as solo attendees. A manual will be provided ahead of signing up to lay out all the expectations.
