AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Voluntary Participation
I freely and voluntarily choose to attend DESIRE UNCHAINED and participate in and observe activities that are adult-oriented, sexually explicit, and may involve acts of domination, submission, bondage, discipline, sadism, masochism, and other extreme activities. This includes, but is not limited to, spanking, paddling, whipping, waxing, piercing, cutting, fire play, knife play, edge play, blood play, bondage, suspension, genital and anal contact, and sex. I understand that I may come into contact with bodily fluids, either intentionally or unintentionally, and I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with such exposure. I am fully aware that these activities carry significant risks, including serious illness or injury, which may result from the nature of the activities themselves or from the actions of other participants and attendees.
Release of Liability
As consideration for being permitted to attend DESIRE UNCHAINED, participate in its activities, and use the provided facilities and equipment, I agree that neither I, nor anyone acting on my behalf, will make any claim, sue, or attach property of Desire Events LLC, the venue owners, the event’s hosts, volunteers, or any affiliated parties. This includes, but is not limited to, the venue and its owners, the event’s owners, officers, directors, members, agents, employees, volunteers, sponsors, promoters, and contractors. I hereby release and forever discharge Desire Events LLC, the venue and its owners, their affiliates, and their respective heirs, administrators, and assigns, from any and all actions, claims, demands, and liabilities arising from or in connection with my attendance at DESIRE UNCHAINED. This includes any injury, illness, or damage I may suffer, whether physical, mental, or emotional, as a result of my participation in these activities.
Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desire Events LLC and all affiliated individuals and entities from any and all losses, liabilities, injuries, damages, or costs that may result from my attendance or participation at DESIRE UNCHAINED. This applies regardless of whether the cause is due to my own negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct, or any other reason.
Assumption of Risk
I am fully aware that these activities are considered extremely hazardous. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with my participation, including the risks of property damage, personal injury, illness, and even death.
Play Party Dungeon Rules
I agree to abide by all rules established for DESIRE UNCHAINED, as outlined in the event’s guidelines, including the following:
- All instructions from event hosts, their representatives, and staff members are final.
- No illegal substances, including “poppers,” are permitted.
- Intrusive odors (e.g., sage, incense, heavy cologne) are not allowed.
- I am responsible for cleaning my play area and properly disposing of all materials.
- I must respect others, refrain from interrupting scenes, and obtain express permission before any interaction.
- The use of cameras, recording devices, or any visual documentation equipment is strictly prohibited in play spaces.
- Prohibited activities include:
- whips longer than five feet (except in designated areas)
- scat play and piss play
- guns, firearms or explosives (real or simulated)
- concealed weapons
- play in bathrooms.
- I must negotiate all scenes in advance and use safe words or signals to slow or end a scene.
If I violate any of these rules, engage in suspicious or illegal conduct, or jeopardize the safety of other attendees, I understand that I may be removed from the event premises without a refund. Furthermore, if I cause damage to event-supplied equipment, I may be held responsible for the costs of repair or replacement.
Knowing and Voluntary Execution
I affirm that I have carefully read this document, fully understand its contents, and freely agree to its terms without any undue influence or pressure. I agree to refuse any activities that make me uncomfortable, to accept responsibility for my actions, and to understand that I am releasing Desire Events LLC and all affiliated parties from liability. By checking the box in purchasing an even ticket, I acknowledge that I am relinquishing certain legal rights and accept the terms set forth herein.
