AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Voluntary Participation
I am freely and voluntarily choosing to attend and participate in this event and to view and participate in activities that I know are adult oriented and sexually explicit and involve acts of domination, submission, bondage, discipline, sadism, masochism, and other explicit and extreme sexual and non-sexual acts including, but not limited to, spanking, paddling whipping, waxing, piercing, cutting, fire play, knife play, edge play, blood play, bondage, and suspension, vaginal and anal contact. I understand that I may come in contact with the bodily fluids of others, either intentionally or unintentionally or accidentally, and I understand the risks associated with such contact. I understand that this contact and these activities involve significant risks including the risk of serious illness and injury and that these risks arise from the nature of the activities themselves as well as from the possible negligent, reckless or intentional conduct of the participants and attendees.
Release of Liability
As consideration for being permitted to enter this event, and to view and participate in these activities, and to use the facilities and equipment being provided, I agree that neither I nor anyone through me or on my behalf will make any claim against, sue, or attach the property owners, leasees or sub-leasees of the property, and/or event hosts and volunteers, Desire Events LLC, (collectively called Owners) or anyone affiliated with above , including, but not limited to, its owners, officers, directors, members, agents, employees, volunteers, monitors, promoters, sponsors and contractors, and including, but not limited to, the owners, lessors or suppliers of the premises, and the owners, lessors or suppliers of any equipment used in connection with the event, for any injury, damage or loss suffered by me including being subjected to scandal accusations, ridicule, reproach, scorn, or indignity at any time during my presence on the premises or at the event or as a result of my presence at or participation in any activities at the event. I hereby release, waive and forever discharge them, their heirs, administrators, executors, affiliates, and assigns, from any and all actions, claims, obligations, and demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for any injury, illness, or damage, arising from or in any way related to my attendance at or participation in this event or these activities.
Indemnity and Hold Harmless the Owners and those individuals and entities described above from any loss, liability, injury, damage or cost that may occur, or that they may incur, as a result of my presence at or my participation in the event or arising from my actions at or in connection with the event, whether caused by my negligence, recklessness, willfulness, or otherwise. I understand that this document remains valid even if participating in this event subjects me to scandal, ridicule, reproach, scorn, or indignity.
Assumption of Risk
I AM AWARE THAT THESE ACTIVITIES ARE CONSIDERED EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS AND RISKS INVOLVED AND I ACCEPT AND I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL RISKS OF PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND ILLNESS, AND DEATH.
Play Party Dungeon Rules
The decisions of the hosts, their appointed representatives, and/or Desire Events LLC, Owners of Property, and Staff members are FINAL. Any person(s) not responding to instructions given by any of these people shall be removed from the premises.
-Abide by Risk Aware Consensual Kink BEHAVIOR AT ALL TIMES!
-No illegal substances may be consumed or permitted on the premises. This includes the use of “poppers.” If a host, appointed representative or staff member deems that a person is under the influence, they will be removed from the premises and not allowed to return.
-No intrusive odors, such as sage, incense or heavy cologne, are allowed.
-You are responsible for cleanup of your play area. Please use a tarp or drop cloth if necessary. Leave a safe and clean space for the next guest. Cleaning supplies and disposal units are provided. Please dispose of biohazard and sharp implements in appropriate containers. If you do not know how to properly clean and/or properly dispose of used implements, it is your responsibility to ask for assistance from a host or Owners of Property or staff member.
-Respect others and their property. Do not interrupt or enter a scene without permission.
-Remember, NO means NO. Do not touch people or things without express permission to do so.
-Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the buildings. Smoking is allowed outside only in the designated area.
-Offering, agreeing to perform, or performing any act of prostitution or solicitation of prostitution is strictly forbidden. If approached for these purposes, report this immediately to a host.
-The use of cell phones, cameras, video equipment, or ANY recording device is prohibited in any play space.
-Audible pagers, cell phones, and wrist watches with audible chimes must be set to silent or turned off.
-The following are prohibited from this event:
- Whips longer than five feet unless in designated space
- Guns, firearms or explosives (real or simulated)
- Concealed weapons of any kind
- Illegal drugs.
-You are responsible for fully negotiating your scenes.The use of safe words or signals is required. If you do not have your own, may we suggest:
Green – All is Well
Yellow – Caution, back up, and check in
Red – Stop now, the scene is OVER!
-If you break any of the above stated rules, if you are suspected of suspicious illegal conduct within the property (stated or not on this form) or if you are acting in a manner that jeopardizes the safety of other attendees (including not respecting safe words and or not respecting other scenes), you will be told to leave the premises and will not be allowed reentry.
-In the event that a piece of equipment supplied by Desire Events LLC or Owners of Property is damaged or broken either through your actions or in-actions, you are responsible for that damage, and may be asked to pay for part or all of the costs to repair or replace the damaged equipment.
Knowing and Voluntary Execution
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THESE DOCUMENT(S) AND I warrant that I FULLY UNDERSTAND THERE CONTENTS meaning. I hereby testify that I sign this document without undue influence or pressure and agree to abide by and allow what this document states. I hereby testify that I will verbally and/or physically refuse activities with which I am not fully comfortable and wanting to perform. I agree to accept full responsibility for all of my actions and the consequences of them, even in the circumstance that I engage in activities that may affect my thinking and judgment.I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND A CONTRACT OF INDEMNITY BETWEEN ME and The Owners AND THAT I AM GIVING UP MANY LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES BY SIGNING IT and/or checking the box in agreement and registering for a ticket.
If I am purchasing a ticket for someone else, I agree that I have read these conditions to them, and they have agreed to abide by them.
