Anyone who:

Desire Unchained is an intentionally curated space designed for the queer, kink, and leather communities. All identities and experience levels are welcome, from seasoned players to curious first-timers, as long as you show up with respect, consent, and an open mind!

Our event features:

  • The Producers: Sarge & Meg; (S&M) the creative forces behind Desire Unchained
  • Staff: ensuring your safety and comfort throughout the weekend
  • Presenters: experts leading workshops, demos, and discussions you won’t find anywhere else
  • Performers: professional kink, fetish, and burlesque artists bringing unforgettable stage acts
  • You: everyone from Desire veterans who’ve been here since the beginning, to newcomers attending their very first kink event.

Desire Unchained is a weekend-long queer celebration of kink, leather, and liberation. We do a complete hotel takeover to create a space that’s a full play party (the dungeon never closes and is all around you!), part family reunion, and part deep-dive into the art of kinky connection while we explore our deepest desires. Expect workshops, performances, 24-hour dungeon spaces, hot scenes, pool parties, and unforgettable nights where pleasure, power, and play converge under the desert moon.

The event takes place October 15 – 18, 2026. The full weekend program begins Thursday evening and concludes Monday morning.

A rough schedule of events is:

  • Thursday evening: great for newbies, we’ll cover common event questions & logistics and introduce your Staff & Presenters for the weekend.
  • Friday evening: Official Opening Night, we’ll have an action-packed night of professional entertainment!
  • Saturday evening: A Showcase Of Desire, watch your fellow attendees as well as professional kink, rope, and burlesque entertainment take the stage!
  • Sunday evening: Hanky Awards! Did you try something new? We’ll then come up on stage because you have earned a hanky!

The big event takes place October 15-18, 2026.

  • Standard Weekend Pass tickets are already on sale!
  • VIP Tickets (only 30 available) are almost sold out!
  • Saturday Only Pass (only 50 available) are on sale.
  • Standard Weekend Pass tickets can be paid to upgrade to a VIP Ticket.

We return once again to the desert of Palm Springs, California, taking over an entire resort for a fully private, adults-only immersive experience. Exact venue details are provided to registered ticket holders for privacy and security reasons.

  • Desire Unchained takes place at a private hotel takeover in Palm Springs, the address will be given with your ticket purchase.
  • The rooms available on-site at the hotel are SOLD OUT
  • We will announce a room block at a neighboring hotel for folx staying off-site in early 2026.

Volunteer! Volunteering is an optional way to get reimbursed for part of your ticket cost. Volunteer information and shift sign ups will be released closer to the event.

What you get as a volunteer:

  • Earn the 2026 Volunteer Badge & $60 cash (or $80 towards a future ticket) after 4 hours of volunteering
  • Each additional hour your volunteer earns $15 paid back to you at the end of the weekend (or $20 voucher toward a future ticket)
  • During ticket checkout, you can select the option to be a volunteer
    • Our Volunteer Coordinator will reach out to you to schedule your shifts

Scholarships applications for 2026 are closed.
We are reviewing the submissions and selected scholarship recipients will be contacted directly.

Staff applications are closed for 2026. But we are always looking for talented folx who are willing to help! Please fill out a Staff Application and if there is a fit for an open position in future years, we will get back to you for an interview.

Presenter applications are closed for 2026. However, we are always looking for new and diverse educators. Please email sir@desireunchined.com and if there is a fit, we will get back to you for an interview.

There is limited space for on-site vendors at Desire Unchained. Please email sir@desireunchined.com and a Producer will get back to you.

Our Sponsorship applications are open. Please fill out a Sponsorship Application and our Sponsorship Coordinator will reach out to you.

  • Please join the official Desire Unchained Discord! It’s an active online community of Desire veterans and newbies. It has a has a wealth of information: it’s where official event information is posted, and you have the opportunity to ask questions to Producers, Staff, and your fellow attendees.

To keep Desire Unchained ticket costs accessible to as many community members as possible, we are making several thoughtful adjustments for 2026:

  • Limited 1:1 Sessions
  • We are limiting the number of Presenters this year and asking each educator to focus most on their large group classes, small group intensives, and public demo’s.
  • As a result, 1:1 sessions will only be available to VIP pass holders, rather than all attendees. This will prevent overall ticket prices from doubling. While 1:1 education will still be a unique offering for Desire, the priority will be for group events that are available to as many attendees as possible.

These changes ensure that Desire Unchained remains financially sustainable and affordable, while still delivering high-value education and a play-focused experience.

Meals Will Not Be Catered for Attendees

To significantly reduce event operating costs, and avoid raising ticket prices any more than we already had to, we will not be providing catered meals to all attendees this year. Instead attendees are encouraged to plan meals (and meal timing) that align best with their dietary needs. We are also working on having a food truck each day with limited menu options.

Yes! There are locker room style showers.

Desire Unchained is an intentionally curated space centered around consent. Per the waiver that you signed to attend the event:
Attendees, staff, and volunteers are prohibited from using illegal substances or any substances in a manner that results in impaired consent capacity, unsafe behavior, inability to negotiate clearly, inability to respect boundaries, or inability to safely participate.

Desire Unchained on-site rooms are sold out. Priority was given to Presenters and VIP ticket holders to book their rooms first.
